Shipping Policy
We pride ourselves on ensuring the healthy arrival of all our coral and live foods. All orders are shipped with the best option to ensure quality delivery. For livestock, we use UPS Next Day Air. For Live Copepods, we use UPS 2nd Day Air. For other products, we use UPS Ground unless otherwise requested.

Shipping Days
We ship all orders on Wednesdays. Other days are available for shipping upon request.
Shipping Locations
We ship to the continental United States (excluding Hawaii & Alaska). International shipping is not available.
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat rate of $50.00 for Next Day shipping (Coral), $15.00 for 2nd Day (Live Copepods), and $10 for all other items. Orders over $250 also receive free shipping on the entire order.
DOA & Return Policy
In the rare event that a coral or live food arrives dead, please email info@AquaticHQ.com immediately. Notification of DOA must be received within 1 hour of first attempt at order delivery. In your email, include a clear picture of the coral for documentation. In the event of a valid DOA, refund will be issued as site credit towards your next purchase. We do not accept returns.
