Refund policy

In the rare event that a coral or live food arrives dead, please emailĀ info@AquaticHQ.comĀ immediately. Notification of DOA must be received within 1 hour of first attempt at order delivery. In your email, include a clear picture of the coral for documentation. In the event of a valid DOA, refund will be issued as site credit towards your next purchase. We do not accept returns.
